Winemaking | Harvest was made in August, moment when the grapes are at their perfect maturation point and it was made by hand, in 20 kg boxes. Destemming is total, followed by a light pressing. The alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats, at temperatures of 15ºC, during approximately 30 days. |

Since 1822, the family has been connected to agriculture and, more specifically, to viticulture. Casa Santa Eulália remains in the family for several generations (17th century).
Due to the connection and passion for the land, in 1997, the “Pereira e Cunha Marques Leandro” family reformed the property and developed the project of bottling wines with their own brand – Casa Santa Eulália Technology has enabled Casa Santa Eulália to enhance the quality of wine production, maintaining the traditional winemaking process, keeping the region’s living culture.
Casa Santa Eulália, located in Atei, in the prestigious Vinho Verde Region of Mondim de Basto, is marked by 45 hectares of vineyards, founded in the 17th century and developed through several family generations. The excellent climatic conditions, granitic soil and the passion for Viticulture are the quality pillars in the production of our grapes. The relationship between the soil and the micro-climate, gives the particularity to the type of grape, representing quality, typicality and identity in the vineyards.
