This wine bridges the gap between past and present: the 100 represents the centenary of the birth of grandfather António Lufinha and the 10 refers to the 10 years of grandson Luís Lufinha Mota Captain of the Project - Herdade do Cebolal. The circular labyrinthine symbol on the label represents the "Pedra de Lufinha", a Neolithic stone found in the Serra do Caramulo. This stone is related to the holistic part and to the agricultural work philosophy of Herdade do Cebolal.
Presents a deep violet colour. In the nose, it shows fresh red and black fruit and some wood notes that are related to the interchange between the vineyard and the forest created in the estate. In the mouth, it is a very fresh wine due to the proximity to the Atlantic and due to the use of clay presses that during the alcoholic fermentation preserve this same freshness. It is a wine with a structure and a present tannin, but at the same time elegant, thus allowing good longevity in the bottle.

Herdade do Cebolal is located on the Costa Alentejana, at the southern end of the demarcated region of the Peninsula Setúbal, near the village of Vale das Éguas, about 17 kilometers from Santiago do Cacém and 10 kilometers from the Atlantic.
The estate has been in the family for over a century. The vineyards of the estate are situated on the Costa Alentejana, ten kilometers from the sea.
The mild climate with sunny days and cool nights influences the maturation of the grapes and the soil rich in shale and limestone gives it unique characteristics. Work on the vineyard has been very careful with minimal irrigation, looking for quality grapes. The defoliation in the area of the bunches for a better sun exposure south / west guarantees a suitable maturation.
