The producer intended to create a wine that shows the grape varieties and their origin at the foothills of the Montejunto Mountains, without the use of oak barrels and with minimalist technology.
Ruby color, has a ripe and vegetal fruit aroma due to prolonged maceration. The retronasal aroma is more intense and in the mouth has a vivid astringency and a remarkable freshness. Ready to drink, but as guard wine will reveal its virtues along the stage in a bottle.

Winemaking Manual harvesting, crushing without destemming and vinification in cement presses with tanning. Fermentation without artificial temperature control and with spontaneous yeasts. After fermentation, bleeding and transfer to a concrete tank where the malolactic fermentation took place.
Aging 12 months in a concrete tank.

The vine, the harvest, and the wine are always present, the tradition of the family is already long, but to make wine in its name was a dream ... often dubbed a daydream given the youth.

Daydreaming is the "state of the person who wanders or is carried away by imagination, memories or dreams." And so the wine got its name!

In Alenquer, a region of Lisbon, the vineyards dotted at the foot of the Montejunto Ridge and the influence of the Atlantic freshness are perfect for a unique terroir that, together with minimalist winemaking, create wines with character that do not leave anyone indifferent.
