Golden yellow in colour. The nose is deeply complex and intriguing, revealing apricots, peaches, dried fruits and honey, with subtle barrel nuances elevating the whole. Everything is framed by its Atlantic proximity and an autumnal character. On the palate, it is broad, fresh and saline, with remarkable length and persistence.

| Grapes | Pinot Gris (100%) |
| Soil | Located in Campelos, Lourinhã, the vineyard dates geologically back to the Upper Jurassic period. Situated 7 km from the Atlantic Ocean, it is planted on clay-limestone soils and trained using a bilateral cordon system. |
| Winemaking | The grapes were hand-harvested and carefully selected into small 14 kg boxes. At the winery, after a second manual quality sorting, the grapes were fully destemmed and gently crushed. Following a short static settling, spontaneous fermentation took place in used 400-litre French oak barrels. Partial malolactic fermentation was carried out with the aim of adding further quality and uniqueness to the wine. It remained ageing in the same French oak barrel until 18 April 2024. To preserve its quality, the wine was bottled without treatment and may therefore develop a natural sediment. Production: 530 bottles |

Visceral Wines is the personal project of Mariana and Nuno Martins Silva, born during the pandemic from the desire to create authentic, emotional wines deeply connected to their origin. Lisbon, where the couple’s personal story began, also became the stage for their winemaking ambitions.
The philosophy of the project is simple: “Made from will, instinct. And love. From deep within. Visceral.” A sustainable, low-intervention approach guides both vineyard and winery work, always with the aim of preserving terroir identity and fruit purity.
The vineyards are located in Campelos, Lourinhã, on Upper Jurassic clay-limestone soils, just 7 km from the Atlantic Ocean — a proximity that brings freshness and natural salinity to the wines.
With limited production and a minimalist identity, Visceral Wines represents a new generation of Portuguese producers: small, personal projects focused on authenticity.
