Winemaking	Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes. Alcoholic fermentation begins in traditional lagares, using whole berries without stems. The must remains in contact with the skins for around 7 days, after which it is pressed, settled, and aged in barrels until bottling. Bottles produced: 200

In 2020 a new cycle started!

"The world stopped and created the opportunity for us to reflect, reinvent ourselves and explore new concepts. From this conjuncture was born the realization of an experiment we idealized some time ago. From a small, non-irrigated vineyard in the Estremoz (Alentejo region), we vinified with minimal intervention, free of all the conventional rules and methods, to mark a new cycle. A return to basics to value the simplicity, nature and essence of a wine in its wildest version!"
