On the nose, it shows an austere and complex aromatic profile, with notes of ripe dark fruit, spices, a subtle earthiness, and mineral nuances imparted by the clay amphora.
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts lends a rustic and authentic character, with distinctive wild undertones.
On the palate, it is structured, with firm yet well-integrated tannins, showing natural freshness and a balanced acidity that extends the finish. Ageing in amphora adds depth and texture, without any influence from wood, preserving the purity of the fruit and the expression of the terroir.

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Fermentation and ageing took place in clay amphorae over 10 months. This wine may present natural sediment, as it is neither fined nor filtered.
