Winemaking | Harvested by hand in 10kg crates. The grapes remained in the harvest boxes for 7 days where they dehydrated until they were deposited in the press where they fermented with skin contact. After alcoholic fermentation, the masses are pressed and the wine is stored in old barrels where it finishes fermenting and ages until bottling. |

Oxalá
Expresses a desire to fulfil a fact; The desire was ambitious, to find small plots with different terroirs in altitude.
So, in 2016 they started the research, which is still active, but counting to this day has two small plots in the Alto Alentejo where they are producing three representative wines of the DNA of each terroir.
Wines with a bold profile, produced with rigour and sustainability.
