The wine has a golden colour due to contact with the film. On the nose, it has some spices, marmalade, honey, minerality and smoky touches. On the palate, it's quite fresh and elegant, with fine tannins and good complexity.

| Winemaking | The grapes were harvested in mid-August, dictated by the weather conditions and the ripeness of the grapes. The grapes were selected and sorted by hand. The must was in contact with the skins for 6-7 weeks to preserve its golden colour, freshness and minerality. After contact with the skins, the wine was pressed and kept in stainless steel vats for 6 to 10 months in contact with the fine and coarse lees. During this period, as we have low doses of sulphur dioxide/sulphite, the malolactic fermentation of the wine occurs naturally. Bottles: 608 |

Herdade do Cebolal is located on the Costa Alentejana, at the southern end of the demarcated region of the Peninsula Setúbal, near the village of Vale das Éguas, about 17 kilometers from Santiago do Cacém and 10 kilometers from the Atlantic.
The estate has been in the family for over a century. The vineyards of the estate are situated on the Costa Alentejana, ten kilometers from the sea.
The mild climate with sunny days and cool nights influences the maturation of the grapes and the soil rich in shale and limestone gives it unique characteristics. Work on the vineyard has been very careful with minimal irrigation, looking for quality grapes. The defoliation in the area of the bunches for a better sun exposure south / west guarantees a suitable maturation.
