Winemaking Grape selection. Foot trodden with steams in a granite mil. Spontaneous fermentation (with indigenous yeasts). 3 days of contact with the skins after starting the fermentation. Finishes the fermentation in american oak barrels.

Aging 15 months in 300L american oak barrels with 4 uses.
