Aromas of citrus peel, orange and grapefruit are very present, with saline notes. With low alcohol, it has body and intensity, with a very balanced finish.

Grapes	Mostly old vines with predominance of Gouveio and Donzelinho. Arinto (new vineyards).
Soil	Age of the Vineyards: Between 15 and 90 years old Altitude: Between 550 and 650 meters Soil: Schist
Winemaking	Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in used 225l barrels and in cement vat. Arinto fermented in contact with the skins.
Aging	Aged on lees in barrels, cement vats and clay amphorae.
