Winemaking It is harvested by hand in 20kg boxes. Fermentation in a wine mill for around 7 days with skin contact and no stalks. After alcoholic fermentation, the masses are pressed and the wine is stored in stainless steel vats where it finishes malolactic fermentation and ages until bottling.

Oxalá

Expresses a desire to fulfil a fact; The desire was ambitious, to find small plots with different terroirs in altitude.

So, in 2016 they started the research, which is still active, but counting to this day has two small plots in the Alto Alentejo where they are producing three representative wines of the DNA of each terroir.

Wines with a bold profile, produced with rigour and sustainability.
