Winemaking | The grapes were left to dehydrate for 7 days in the harvest boxes before being deposited in the mill, where they remained for a further 7 days in skin contact. After the alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts had finished, the grapes were pressed and the wine was stored in old barrels where the malolactic fermentation finished and it was aged until bottling. Production: 650 bottles |

Expresses a desire to fulfil a fact; The desire was ambitious, to find small plots with different terroirs in altitude.
So, in 2016 they started the research, which is still active, but counting to this day has two small plots in the Alto Alentejo where they are producing three representative wines of the DNA of each terroir.
Wines with a bold profile, produced with rigour and sustainability.
