Herdade do Cebolal Vinha da Casa Branca White 2019

17,90 €

Citrus colour with a "bouquet" where mineral, forest aromas are present, sometimes reminiscent of pine, menthol... It is a wine that presents a fresh taste, with mineral notes and an excellent crisp acidity due to its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean.

Herdade do Cebolal is located on the Costa Alentejana, at the southern end of the demarcated region of the Peninsula Setúbal, near the village of Vale das Éguas, about 17 kilometers from Santiago do Cacém and 10 kilometers from the Atlantic.

The estate has been in the family for over a century. The vineyards of the estate are situated on the Costa Alentejana, ten kilometers from the sea.

The mild climate with sunny days and cool nights influences the maturation of the grapes and the soil rich in shale and limestone gives it unique characteristics. Work on the vineyard has been very careful with minimal irrigation, looking for quality grapes. The defoliation in the area of the bunches for a better sun exposure south / west guarantees a suitable maturation.
