Winemaking	The press were filled with whole bunches of fresh hand harvested grapes and started pressing, until there was too much color. 30% fermented spontaneously in a used French oak barrel and the rest in stainless steel, where the wine remained for more than a year. Bottled in December 2021.
Aging	12 months in French oak barrels (30%) and stainless steel vats (70%).

Wines from unique old vines.
All wines are made from old vines, between 40 and 60 years old, in the Alcobaça area. In whites, the most prevalent grape varieties are Fernão Pires and Vital, in red Castelão and Baga.
