Citrus aroma with notes of fresh apricot, stone fruit, herbs such as mint and pennyroyal with a mineral finish. Unctuous mouth and with a freshness typical of wines from the Atlantic region, again notes of citrus, engaging and salty with a very long finish driven by vibrant acidity.
