Wine produced with 100% Castelão from a vineyard in Oliveira, east of Peso da Régua in the Douro, with 25 years of age. With foot treading, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and with 100% of the stink, with minimalist intervention, maceration during 25 days, being the only external factor to the production, the sulfurous in the bottling. It had an 18 month aging in used French oak barrels of 500 Lts. It has ruby red color....
