After a after judicious control of maturation and selection of bunches at the
vineyard and winery this rose wine, was vinified by the traditional method of open-spout, fermented with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature in order to collect and preserve all the noble characteristics of the grapes Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz. The aging of 6 months in new French Allier Oak barrels have strengthened its structure and increased its complexity. It is a dry rose with typical bright color, an intense aroma, fresh taste, round and very smooth. Harmonious and very structured.
