Soil Grapes from different plots on two farms, located in Oliveira de Hospital and Vila Nova de Tazém. The different terroirs that are the basis of this wine, combine tradition with modernity, respecting nature and non-interventionist oenological practices.

Quinta do Margarido, located in Oliveira do Hospital, in the Alva sub-region (Dão region) was once an abandoned farm with no direction or purpose. This has changed since 2003, with investments made in the 20 hectares of vineyards and the restoration of the winery, in addition to the maintenance of the 40 hectares of olive trees. The current producer wanted to maintain the wine tradition applied in the century. XVIII, by Joaquim Ribeiro do Amaral, his great-great-grandfather. The vines are planted at an altitude of 500 meters, on granite soils with schist patches. The harvests are carried out manually and are transported to a winery.

Quinta dos Garnachos wines are produced at the foot of Serra da Estrela, an adventure in the heart of Dão Serrano. This farm currently has about 8 hectares of vines with around 25 years of age, there are two parcels of vines, one in the municipality of Gouveia, in Vila Nova de Tazem with 5 hectares and the other in the municipality of Seia in Girabolhos with 3 hectares. It also has 1 hectare of quince orchard and 3 hectares of tame pine forest.
