Pedro Pimentel Pereira was born in Alcobaça in 1988. A grandson and great-grandson of winemakers recognized at the time, he soon demonstrates a very lively interest in wine. He follows his higher academic course with agricultural training at the Coimbra Higher Agricultural School and concludes his Post-Graduation in Oenology at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
In 2015, after gaining professional experience in several companies in the sector and analyze some problems and failures in the market, choose to put into practice the knowledge acquired and help small and medium producers to dynamise their wines and productions through specialized and personalized advice.
Passionate about the terroir and the minimal intervention, it is from there that its creations of authentic terroir wines are born, showing coherence, purity and truth in what it does and having as main focus and objective to reach the maximum excellence. Aware of knowledge, learn and test with some of the great masters of the medium.
