| Winemaking | Produced from a Dão region vineyard, and after careful transportation in 15kg boxes, the grapes were sent by gravity directly to the press, having been pressed slowly to extract and preserve the primary aromas of the grapes. During approximately 24 hours the must was decanted in stainless steel tanks, followed by alcoholic fermentation, controlling the temperature, but without any addition of chemicals. The must fermented with its natural indigenous grape yeasts. Production: 667 bottles |
