Wine that presents tertiary, earthy aromas, soft floral and smoky notes. In the mouth it is complex, fresh, with a very present acidity, persistent, showing that it is still in excellent shape.

Casa da Carvalha is located in the municipality of Arganil, built about 200 years ago, and its vineyards are located in the southernmost part of the Dão region.
With a privileged location, Casa da Carvalha has three hectares of vineyards in Mucelão – São Martinho da Cortiça – Arganil, with southern exposure and a slope of half a slope, benefiting from many annual hours of sunshine.
Predominantly, schist soil in an area where granite reigns. The wines produced from selected grapes from the typical varieties of the Dão region: Touriga Nacional, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Alfrocheiro.
