Article 1 - Object

The purpose of these Conditions is to provide and define all the necessary information about the “Catch” your friend Program (“Program”) exclusive of the Wineclick Online Store.

Article 2 - Definitions

For the purposes of these Conditions, the following definitions is meant by:

“Program”: the commercial action that allows you to receive discounts and prizes upon the successful recommendation of the Wineclick online store to friends;

“Ambassador”: any registered customer who has already made a purchase at the Wineclick online store, who recommends Wineclick to a friend, and such a recommendation results in a purchase in the online store;

“Friend”: any family member or known person of the Ambassador.

Article 3 - Conditions for Participation

Can participate in the Program as an Ambassador, any customer registered in the Wineclick online store, who is a natural person and buys for non-professional purposes and, as a Friend, any natural person, with a different address from the Ambassador.

Article 4 - Procedures

Each Ambassador will have the opportunity to win the discounts and prizes indicated in article 5 of these Conditions, as long as the recommendation of the Wineclick online store to a Friend is successful and results in a purchase at the Wineclick online store.

Each Friend will receive, with the recommendation of the Ambassador, the discount indicated in article 5 of these conditions, after registering as a Customer in the Wineclick online store.

Article 5 - Discounts and Prizes

Ambassador:

- For each purchase made at the Wineclick online store by the Friend, and after the order is confirmed as delivered, the Ambassador will receive a voucher with a 10% discount, valid for 3 months, to be used in a purchase at the Wineclick online store.

- For every 5 successful recommendations from a Friend, the Ambassador receives 1 bottle of his choice up to a maximum value of € 15.00, which is available at the time in the Wineclick online store.

Friend:

- For each recommendation of your Ambassador, you will receive, after registering as a Customer at the Wineclick online store, a voucher with a 10% discount, valid for 3 months, to be used in a purchase at the Wineclick online store.

Discounts and prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged in cash.

Article 6 - Duration and Limits of the Program

This Program starts on 1^st of September of 2020, being eligible for the purposes of attributing the identified discounts and prizes, all recommendations that resulted in purchases at the Wineclick online store.

There is no maximum limit on the number of Friends that the Ambassador can recommend.

Article 7 - Personal Data

The Ambassador is responsible for the disclosure of his own personal data (name and email address), within the scope of the Program. The Ambassador is also responsible for the transmission of the personal data of his Friends (name and email address), declaring that he obtained his consent prior to the transmission to Wineclick of the referred data within the scope of this Program.

Wineclick is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data transmitted to you under the Program.

Wineclick has appointed a data protection officer who can be contacted directly by letter sent to Wineclick, Calçada de Santo Amaro, 136A, 1300-516 Lisbon or by email: info@wineclick.pt.

The personal data of participants in the Program will be treated as they are necessary for the implementation and management of the Program. The identified data relating to the Ambassador and the Friend are therefore mandatory to supply, since they are indispensable for the referred purposes. The omission or inaccuracy of these data or other information provided by the participants is their own responsibility.

The personal data provided by the participants or generated during their participation in the Program will be processed and stored electronically, intended to be used by Wineclick for the management of their participation and the attribution of discounts and prizes and for compliance with legal obligations.

The processing of data for marketing purposes will be carried out according to the consent option expressed by the participant. Consent must be prior, free, informed, specific and unambiguous, expressed in a written, oral or through the validation of an opt-in option. The participant may object to the processing of data for marketing purposes at any time and by any means.

Personal data are stored for different periods of time, depending on the purpose for which they are intended and taking into account legal issues, necessity and minimization of the retention time.

Wineclick may use subcontractors for the purposes of processing personal data, namely for the management of the Program, these entities being obliged to develop the appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data and ensure the defense of the rights of the owner.

To the participants are guaranteed the right of access, rectification, opposition and erasure of the personal data. Article 8 - Final Provisions

The participation in this Program requires full acceptance of these Conditions.

Wineclick reserves the right to change these Conditions or terminate the Program, without the participants being entitled to any compensation, without prejudice to the conclusion of the ongoing recommendation processes.
