Can I buy only in the online store?
All the wines available in our Online store are also available for sale in our store in Lisbon.
Which countries does Wineclick ship to?
Orders placed by Wineclick are delivered by DHL, Chronopost or by other companies and can be sent to Portugal, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, Angola, Brazil, Cape Verde, Canada, China, USA, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Macau and Mozambique.For deliveries in other countries, please contact us by the following email: email@example.com

How much do shipping costs amount to?
In addition to the prices presented in Wineclick, postage is added to each order, which are calculated based on the weight of the order and the respective destination of delivery. The total postage will be automatically calculated at the time of placing your order.
Please note that free shipping is offered on all orders above 50,00€ in mainland Portugal.
For orders delivered at Chronopost Pickup Points in Portugal (mainland), the shipping is free for orders with a value of 35,00€ or above, with a maximum limit of 6 bottles. This service will be available only during the purchase process so that we can identify the delivery address and thus associate it with the nearest Pickup point.
How long do orders take to reach their destination?
Orders placed in our Online Shop will only be processed and sent after payment confirmation. As a general rule, shipments are made within one business day after receipt of payment in our system. The delivery period begins after the confirmation of the payment of the order, for this period is not considered the weekends and public holidays.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
All products shipped by Wineclick must be inspected immediately upon receipt. If you find that your order is damaged, you must return it immediately to the transport company, justifying the reason for the return in the delivery note/bill and notify Wineclick immediately by the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org with the information of your order number.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices listed include VAT.
How many bottles can I order?
You can order from a unit up to the maximum of 30 bottles for shipments to Mainland Portugal, 18 bottles for EU countries and 6 bottles for the remaining destinations for orders of higher quantities contact us by the following email: email@example.com
