Cabernet Sauvignon

From the region of Bordeaux, in the southwest of France, it is the most spread variety grape in the world, produced in all temperate and warm zones. It is the result of the crossing between the Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Cabernet Sauvignon wines have a fairly intense colour, high tannin content and adapt well to blends with softer grape varieties. The most recognisable aromas are of blackberry fruit. With evolution, they acquire complex aromas such as cigars, spices, coffee, cedar wood and eucalyptus, amongst others aromas.Cabernet Sauvignon
