Galego Dourado

Its origin is unknown but, its name suggests a kinship with Spain. Probably, it had a great past and oenological characteristics. Due to its susceptibility to cryptogamic diseases was abandoned. It has little expression in the region where it is classified, Baixo Tejo and Litoral but, it had great importance in the production of the famous and rare Carcavelos Wine. It produces high alcoholic content wines, round, aromatic and high-quality wines.
