This Brut Nature sparkling wine was produced with the Pinot Noir and Cerceal grapes, the Cercial had fermentation in stainless steel and the Pinot in an old barrel with controlled temperature. The sparkling was by the Classic Method with second fermentation in bottle with yeast from the first fermentation for 41 months before Dégorgement, being therefore a Super Reserve.
