This biodynamically produced sparkling wine is made primarily from the Baga grape, a native Portuguese grape variety known for its vibrant acidity and aromatic profile. To add a touch of complexity, a small percentage of a super-acid white grape variety from Bairrada is added.

Unlike many sparkling wines, Nua & Crua is not disgorged, meaning the lees remain trapped in the bottle, providing a unique and authentic drinking experience that captures the true essence of the wine.
