Medium-bodied red wine with an elegant and complex profile. On the nose, notes of dark fruit such as blackberry and cherry stand out, wrapped in earthy nuances and subtle spice. On the palate, it shows a velvety structure, elegant tannins and good balance. The finish is persistent, reflecting the authenticity of the schist terroir of Aviz.

| Winemaking | Hand-harvested into 20 kg boxes. Fermentation and extended ageing take place in clay amphorae for around 6 months, with skin contact and no stems. After this period, the wine is drawn off the amphora, the solids are pressed, and the wine is transferred to used oak barrels, where it remains until bottling. |

Oxalá
Expresses a desire to fulfil a fact; The desire was ambitious, to find small plots with different terroirs in altitude.
So, in 2016 they started the research, which is still active, but counting to this day has two small plots in the Alto Alentejo where they are producing three representative wines of the DNA of each terroir.
Wines with a bold profile, produced with rigour and sustainability.
