Soil Vineyard with 2 hectares, located in Estremoz at 335 meters of altitude.
Winemaking Decantation for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at a low temperature of 14-15 °C in stainless steel vats.
Aging 9 months in French oak barrels.

Volume Alcohol by Volume: 13%
Temperature 10ºC - 12ºC
Harmonizations Oven-roasted grouper, Lagareiro style codfish, grilled salmon and Nisa cheese.

Oxalá

Expresses a desire to fulfil a fact; The desire was ambitious, to find small plots with different terroirs in altitude.

So, in 2016 they started the research, which is still active, but counting to this day has two small plots in the Alto Alentejo where they are producing three representative wines of the DNA of each terroir.

Wines with a bold profile, produced with rigour and sustainability.
