Golden yellow colour. Intense nose with white fruit and hints of tropical fruit. Aromatic balance between notes of toast from the barrels and minerality from the clay carving. The palate is soft, velvety and enveloping. The aftertaste has good acidity and volume and is dry, and firm but very pleasant and gastronomic.
