Soil Vineyard with 5 hectares of silt-clay soil located in São José Pera-Manca, Évora.
Winemaking Fermentation with controlled temperature, followed by a long post-fermentation maceration.
Aging 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by stage 18 months in bottle

Located at the entrance to Évora, Alentejo, in the region of Pera Manca, is a small vineyard of 5 hectares, named Quinta da Confeiteira.
The revival of the wines of Quinta da Confeiteira by replanting and restructuring the vines happened in 2009. They planted 5 red grape varieties of DOC quality. Then 4 years later, in 2013 there were grapes to harvest again at Quinta da Confeiteira, with the first harvest wine arriving at tables at the beginning of 2016.
So, since 2013, it has been our pleasure to work with the creedo of “it takes great grapes to make great wine” so they can bring you wines of the highest quality which are just a little out of the norm.
