    Very clean colour, more white than rosé. Nose with lots of salinity, a bit reductive at the beginning, but showing the freshness of the Azores. In the mouth it's very vibrant, with more salinity than fruit... a rosé of defiance, more sea than fruit and more local than grape varieties.... It finishes very fresh and salivating with volcanic notes.
