Clean colour, reminiscent of claret. Nose with lots of sulphur, but without ever losing the light, fairly young fruit component. On the palate, it's elegant, but with attitude, the result of its longer carbonic maceration. Later on, the more saline notes appear, overlaying the initial volcanic notes.
